Hi, I can't connect to the campus Wi-Fi. It keeps asking for a password but nothing I enter works.

My laptop can see the network, but it just spins and never actually connects.

It was working fine yesterday, but today it keeps dropping every few minutes.

Have you tried forgetting the network and reconnecting? That usually fixes it.

You need to log in with your student ID and your portal password. It's not the same as your email password.
